It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase from Lowest Price Found, and our 7 day returns policy allows you to inspect the goods delivered to you before deciding whether or not to keep them. During this time, customers have a statutory duty to take care of all items that may be returned to us. Please ensure our items remain in their original condition, including the packaging; please do not damage or assemble them while they are in your care. Items such as mattresses which are sealed for hygiene purposes should remain sealed if you wish to cancel your order for a full refund. 

If you do decide to return your item/s as unwanted, you must report this to us in writing, within 7 days of delivery. Customers are required to obtain a Returns Case Number before returning any items via the form here. Our returns team will then contact you with the information and address required to return your item/s. 

Unwanted returns may not be processed if these conditions have not been met, and we reserve the right to refund less any costs incurred where this is the case. 

Please note that furniture sold to businesses is strictly non-returnable. In addition, all purchases for businesses that are special/customised orders or have a value in excess of £100 cannot be cancelled at any point or returned after the order has been placed. All orders of this nature become the property of the purchaser upon placement. Please be aware of this prior to placing any customised orders as refunds cannot be processed. 

Once we have received your return along with the appropriate packaging you will be notified via email, and your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment typically within 10 days. Please be aware that during busy periods refunds can take up to 28 days to process. 

Customers where possible should use a courier company to return unwanted goods. As an online retailer we operate from offices located on Fleet High Street with no parking facilities. Customers returning goods themselves should be prepared to deliver them to a first floor office from a local car park. For heavier items we are unable to offer assistance on the grounds of health and safety. Please mark your return clearly with your Returns Case Number to allow us to identify your order. 

 
Important - Your Delivery & Damages
We highly recommend inspecting the condition of your delivery upon receipt. If there are any visible signs of damage, you should sign for it as 'Damaged' and report it to us within 24 hours via phone, email or via our website, this will enable us to deal with the situation effectively and resolve any issues. Any damages discovered after opening the packaging must be reported as soon as possible, and within 7 days of delivery. If images are requested, these must also be provided within the 7 day time frame. 

All deliveries including those that qualify for free delivery are applicable for the first delivery attempt only. Please be aware that attempted or missed deliveries may result in additional charges to rearrange and deliver. 
 
Purchase of Products Manufactured From Wood
Please note many of our products are manufactured from wood and as such they may contain natural bumps, blemishes and knots. This is all part of the woods natural characteristics.
Any product containing such bumps, blemishes and knots are not considered to be damaged or faulty therefore customers should take this into consideration when buying any product made from wood.
 
General Delivery Notes
Any dispatch dates are given in good faith. 
 
All images are for illustration purposes only, and product names and design are subject to change by the manufacturers at any time. We endeavour to keep these up to date but occasionally there may be slight differences in the actual product delivered. 
 
Non Bed/Mattress Items. While we ship all our products promptly - we reserve the right to wait 30 days before considering an item lost in the post.
 
The returns policy for faulty/damaged goods offered by Lowest Price Found does not cover cosmetic faults such as scratches or damage to trim or associated marks caused by normal use of the product. The warranty is also void if the manufacturer’s instructions have not been followed or if the product has been subject to misuse, modification, careless use or excess force.

Please be aware that some of our furniture does come assembled, please check this before placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to check all access options for the furniture delivery both internally and externally prior to ordering, to ensure that the furniture will fit. In the event that our chosen delivery company cannot deliver due to the property access or for any other reason and the product is returned to ourselves we reserve the right to cover the fees levied on us by our courier for these shipments.  

Telephone and email communication
We reserve to right to choose only to correspond via email in certain instances where it has become apparent that the customer has been aggressive or abusive to its staff, all of our phone calls are logged and recorded, in instances like this we will refuse to enter into further telephone conversations and attempt to resolve the issues via email only, in the unlikely event that the abuse continues via email, we reserve the right to terminate all communication until such time as the other party can reinstate talks in a proper manner.
 
Credit/Debit Card Charge-back Policy
Lowest Price Found operate several on-line stores, information about these is listed in the "About Us" section of the individual stores, in the event of customers doing charge-backs on a card transactions of any kind, for reasons that they do not recognise the transaction name, Lowest Price Found reserve the right to recharge these transactions plus an administration fee of £10 or 10% whichever is greater. It is up to you the customer to carry out due diligence regarding any purchases you have made from the Internet and make sure that whatever shows on your statement is checked against our other trading names before thinking about raising a charge-back.
